This website gives information about StageTap and the STAP token. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any token, security or investment, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. StageTap holds no public token sale or presale.

Risk disclosure

You can lose all the money you spend on STAP. Use only what you can afford to lose, and only to use on StageTap.

  • Regulation. A regulator may decide that StageTap needs a licence it does not have. Trading could be delayed or stopped, features changed or withdrawn, users in some countries blocked, and exchanges could delist STAP.
  • Experience supply. Artists, organisers or venues may decline, delay or withdraw. Names are shown only once agreements are signed.
  • Cancellation. Events can be cancelled for weather, safety, permits, illness or low sales. StageTap then offers a replacement or a refund under the published rules.
  • Price and liquidity. STAP’s price can fall to zero. Trading can be thin, so buying or selling can move the price.
  • Auction timing. Losing bids are returned in STAP. Its price may have moved while it was held, so getting tokens back is not the same as getting your money back.
  • Weak demand. Most STAP is bought just before a booking and then sold by StageTap to pay organisers, so bookings add little lasting demand.
  • No burns yet. Burns need StageTap to be profitable overall. None are planned through 2029, and they may never happen.
  • Unlocks. Team, treasury, partner and private-round tokens unlock over time, and their holders may sell.
  • Card. The StageTap Card depends on licensed partners who can change fees, rewards or availability, or end the programme. Rewards paid in STAP can lose value.
  • Technology. Bugs, lost or stolen keys, Solana outages, or a failure at Jupiter, a wallet or another partner can lose or delay funds.
  • Business. StageTap is an early-stage business. It may run out of money or stop operating, and STAP would then have no use.
  • Conflicts of interest. The founders invest in or lend to some organisers whose experiences appear on StageTap. Listings say when an experience comes from such a partner.
  • Tax. Buying, using or selling STAP may create tax obligations where you live.

STAP gives no claim on the assets of VR Nexus Capital Limited or of any artist, organiser or venue. No deposit insurance or investor compensation scheme applies. The full list of risks is in the whitepaper.

Terms of use

Who we are

stagetap.io is operated by VR Nexus Capital Limited (Samoa) (“StageTap”, “we”).

Information only

The content of this website is general information. It may change without notice, and plans, dates and figures are targets, not promises. Do not rely on it as advice.

Your responsibilities

You must not use this website to obtain STAP if you are in a restricted country listed above. You are responsible for complying with the law where you live.

Wallets and swaps

Connecting a wallet shares only its public address with this page. The buy panel is provided by Jupiter, a third-party exchange aggregator; swaps run from your own wallet, you approve each one, and they cannot be reversed. StageTap does not hold your funds, set the price or receive your payment for a swap.

Bookings

Each experience has its own listing terms, including price, places, refund rules and identity checks. Those terms apply to the booking.

Links and third parties

We link to wallets, exchanges, explorers and partners that we do not control. We are not responsible for their services.

Intellectual property

The StageTap name, logo and website content belong to VR Nexus Capital Limited. Artist, venue and event names belong to their owners and are used only with permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or from the price or availability of STAP.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the last update above. These terms are governed by the laws of Samoa.

Privacy

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Waitlist. If you join a waitlist we store your email address, what you are interested in and when you agreed to be contacted. We use it only to tell you about StageTap launches, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Wallet. When you connect a wallet, your public address is used in your browser to look up your STAP balance through a Solana data provider. We do not store it on our server. Your browser remembers which wallet you used, so it can reconnect next time.
  • Third parties. The Solana data provider and, when trading is open, Jupiter receive your public address and IP address when your browser contacts them, under their own privacy policies.
  • How long we keep it. Until you ask us to delete it, or for as long as the law requires.
  • Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted.

Write to support@stagetap.io for any privacy request. Bookings, identity checks and card applications will have their own privacy notices when they open.
